This is a wonderful first written assignment which demonstrates excellent written communication skills (it was really nice to read - fluid and well-punctuated).
You have covered and defined the terms required with the exception of trade associations - this does need to be covered please. You have also explained the terms well and provided a large number of examples.
Suggestions for improvement: - provide more and more specific examples throughout, e.g., you mention trade associations and provide examples of them but you could also develop this further and find an example of a dispute. More needed on BBFC too - what would your film be classified as? - add LOTS more images throughout to back-up points made and written examples used.
