    You have made a good start here but you do need a bit more detail in a few areas:

    - you say that they haven't mentioned confidentiality clauses - do they need to? what other clause did we look at and should this be mentioned?
    - quote the advert and then quote the law / regulations that contradict what they have done, e.g., you mention the equality act (good) but then quote the two relevant sections that relate to the issues with the job advert
    - quote the BBFC age ratings and Ofcoms 'protecting the under 18s' section
    - mention the obscene publications act
    - why is copyright relevant for the job advert and why might people break it?

    The structure is there and you seem to identify why the advert is wrong but you just need to back the suspected issues up with evidence from legislation and regulatory guidelines.

    I can't see that this has been changed..? This is a real shame as all of the other pieces in this unit are at a D but this is still a pass which brings the whole unit grade down.
